This warranty is intended to cover manufacturer defects, not normal "wear and tear". Normal "wear and tear" is determined by Muley Freak staff and can include scratches, faded color, dirty, broken parts/pieces caused by unintended use, and a number of other things.
Muley Freak reserves the right to determine whether or not a warranty request will be honored. Customers may be required to return broken parts for inspection prior to a warranty authorization being granted.

The Gen R holds more than the first Gen. All the accessory pockets go on easily and stay secure. The new phone pouch works well for a phone or Kestrel 5700. I'd still like a little slicker liner material in the binocular portion, as my rubber coated binos (Revic) tend to stick while getting them out or in. All in all the best binocular chest harness I found to date and I've tried at least five other brands. None come close the the Muley Freak for function, fit and comfort.
My son loves his Muley Freak gear!! The apparel fits true to size giving some room for growth. My son says the sweatshirt is the most comfortable one he owns. It’s made of excellent quality material and keeps him plenty warm. The pack is versatile and has so many convenient features. My son said it was also comfortable and didn’t bother his shoulders or back after multiple days on the mountain.
Got it so I can have my phone protected but accessible. Holds my s25 with the ollin case perfectly. Easy in easy out. Great addition to my game changer.

Love everything about it, but the phone case doesn’t even fit a phone in it. I have a iPhone 15 Pro Max with Case and I cannot zip the phone case.
I love the concept of the phone case. But as we all know one size doesn’t fit all. Case is a bit small for my apple I phone so u can’t zip it up. I’m hoping it won’t fall out. Mayb if u have multiple sizes that would b great

its a great case but my iphone max doesnt fit! I bought it but really have no use for it. I think stating that it doesnt fit large phones should be posted
I lost my phone on day 2 of a 2 week Montana elk trip. I have never lost my phone before, and I specifically bought this bino harness case because it had a case for your phone. It zipped down all the way while I was hiking and my phone fell out. Very disappointed. It ruined the trip as I no longer had navigation or OnX pins saved.

The phone case needs to be bigger. I don't see how it could hold a phone bigger than an I phone X. My phone (an X) with an Otterbox Commuter case (as think as you can get) is extremely tight in this pouch. This makes the internal pockets useless. I am more than happy with every other item in the Game Changer R system.
The phone pouch is great but it doesn’t fit the new iPhone max versions. It’s just a little too small.

The game changer R phone pouch is one of the best phone pouch there is it fits your phone snug so it won’t just fall out but still super easy to pull your phone out. It’s also very quiet and easy to access with little movement

I was excited for this to arrive and thought it would be the perfect accessory for my Game Changer bino harness, but it is to narrow for my Samsung S24 with an otter case to fit in. If it was made a 1/4 inch wider it would have been perfect.
The phone pouch needs to be a tad bit bigger, does not fit a 15 pro max in a slimmer otter box case. i shouldn't have to either have a cheap real slim case or no case to use the pouch.
Better than any other phone pouch on the market bery comfy, not bulky like others and can fit accessories as well!
