Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

Orders typically require 3–4 days for processing before shipment. Shipping rates and available delivery options are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.

Returns & Final Sale

We accept returns on eligible items within 20 days of delivery.

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes sale pricing and promotional discounts applied at checkout.

Items purchased at less than 30% off may be returned if they meet our standard return requirements.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

Gift cards and custom or personalized products are also non-returnable, except where required by law.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email support@muleyfreak.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

If approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your merchandise. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Standard approved returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee.

For eligible items, exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a separate order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Final-sale restrictions do not override applicable rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Additional Consumer Rights

Applicable consumer protection laws take precedence over this policy, including qualifying European Union customers' statutory 14-day withdrawal rights. Such rights may apply to discounted merchandise regardless of our final-sale restrictions.
